Hey I cant tell the future really either but from looking over charts, and gauging sentiment this looks over done as it did in Feb 2000.

When you overlay the S&P chart over that short ratio chart in the article you'll see its not as bullish as the author makes it out to be.

The 1984 short peak the market took off.
The 1987 short low the market crashed.
The short interest rise from 1997 to 2001 missed a good portion of the blow off mania.

It looks better if i turn the chart upside down -g-
