People can make up their own minds whether an embryo or a fetus is a person

Do they also have the right to make up their own minds as to whether a male, or a female, or a black, or a white, or a 1 month old baby, or an Amerincian, or a jew, or whatever is a person?

Chris pretty much already covered my reply.

If the fetus is a human being with right then no one else (including the mother) should be able to make up her own mind about it, any more then I should be left to make up my own mind about the whether the various posters on Sharks are human beings with rights and to be able to have them killed if I decide they have no rights. If the fetus is not a human being with rights then its just a matter of the mother being able to control a growth within her body.
