They don't just have human genetic structure they are humans.

Being fully human is not about having 5 toes, or about teeth, or about hair. It is about our consciousness.

So its ok to kill someone in a coma? Maybe even someone who has been knocked out or is under the influence of drugs and unconscious?

Infants are not fully human

Well at least you are consistent on this.

Where one consciousness is physically dependent on another consciousness then they have by their nature a different natural right than humans whom in nature have the right to life, freedom, and the pursuit of happiness. Freedom is not a natural right for those unfortunates whom do not naturally have it.

The fetus has a similar status. It could be compared to a case of conjoined twins when only one could survive separation and it is known which one would survive.

But you seem to be of the opinion that some unborn should be considered legal persons.

The unborn are humans who have not been born yet, the unfertilized ova is not a human.

"In your opinion not mine."

In the future you may assume that anything posted by me is my own opinion and not yours.

Of course. "In your opinion not mine", is another way of saying "I disagree".
