These developments are in the so called "Santa Clarita Valley" (north of Newhall, aka Valencia), which is way-north Los Angeles County. Some of the developments will be in Ventura County.

That's 35 miles to employment centers in Los Angeles, which (I have been told) is 1.5 hours travel time during the commute period, or 45 minutes off-peak.

You too can buy a $1 million home in the middle of nowhere with a low, low, down-payment.
