I agree Pluvia...your timing is TERRIBLE. For your own sake you had better postpone your attack as it might end up with you being tied into the Forbes debacle. Friedland cannot lose a lawsuit against Forbes and the damage award to IVN will be massive. As I predicted, when Forbes loses, there will be a class action suit against them by shareholders who lost their positions so everyone should make copies of their trades and describe any damage done by the artilce and forward it to Ivanhoes head office with a letter asking for it to be considered in any further actions or claim for damages against Forbes.
