You make it up as you go along, IMO. Evidence IS contrary to each sentence you offer, IMO. You obviously, as I just effectively pointed out, don't believe Cheney would have loved to have had the help of ALL the countries. You are just flat out in looney tunes land here. It was known to Cheney that we could not get the support of all the countries, much to his dismay. This did not stop him from wanting to act quickly(and despite the further talking point it would have given you, it probably would have been better to act quickly indeed, IMO). Dan B.
