That is essentially true, with the caveat that if the positive of true open access had been willingly offered about a year earlier, it would have allowed us to try prove it, not him(proving a negative could have been nearly possible with examination, as a practical matter. But this was not forthcoming). Re: "If Saddam had just brought forth the WMD's he didn't have, we wouldn't of had to invade!" This is wrong. If Saddam had nothing, it was for Saddam to allow us to look, not to bring the then non-existent forth. Dan B.
