My opinion on TIF
Their mkt is the discretionary income crowd.
While malls may be drawing for now, that crowd's holiday spirit has yet to be set in stone. Too many variables, whether it be the mkt or domestic or international issues, to go long on retailers whose PE's are too high and whose growth has pretty much seen their best days.
Higher taxes, insurance premiums, and a mkt pullback could put the brakes on this mostly forced fed economy.
Retailers like TIF will feel it the most
