Where is Black Jack Pershing when you need him? Iraqis have to learn that is in their best interest to get their house in order, as the US cannot just cut and run, so soon it will be strategic sea-change time in order to get the situation under control. And won't bode well for the Iraqi man in the street. Any idea that they can turn this into an Intifadah is a bit naive. The US doesn't have to live there, and they don't have to play nice. What they are there for is to quell what may get worse if they walk away from the problem. Ergo there only solution is to dig in and do what they have to do. This won't win them popularity contests anywhere, but the alternative is a real waste of time. EC<:-}
