That's right, and the time bomb was already ticking on clinton's watch during the first WTC attack, not to mention a whole list of ignored attacks on U.S. interests abroad... clinton was watching monica's movements and ignoring bin laden's movements, in fact he refused to take bin laden into custody on three separate occasions when bin laden was offered to the U.S. by the sudanese government...
