Will thanks for the reply.I too try to look at both sides of the issue.For instance I do see a negitive side to MPV as well as the positive side.The falling US dollar has a material impact on US dollar denominated Canadian mining projects.With The Canadian dollar gaining 17 cents in the last 6 months will make the development cost of MPV to rise no doubt about that.We know that Debeers has no Canadian dollar profits to invest in the mine. the rising C$ could in fact wipe out any IRR needed to proceed.I also realize that a feasibitity study is in no way a mining decision or that one will automaticly follow.In this regard MPV is still a speculation.My bet is already made as to my hopeful outcome. The currency risk to the equation is out of my hands. James
