However our CIA did pick up warnings of 9-11 style hijackings in the US and they did warn Bush on 8-5. Thanks to some enterprising detective work, we have uncovered the 8/5 memo from the CIA to Bush: Dear Dubya, It has come to our attention that cells of al Qaeda are poised to attack U.S. interests wherever they can be found. This includes in the U.S. More specifically, 19 or 20 mostly Saudi young men will be hijacking planes from Boston, Newark, and Washington and turning them toward several targets. We believe that the targets include the World Trade Centers (both towers) and the Pentagon, as well as perhaps the White House and the Capitol. Intelligence is unclear on when this will happen, but it is believed that it will happen on September 11, 2001 shortly after breakfast and prayers to Allah. Be forewarned!
