You forgot

~HYPE Indonesian HUGE helicopter company -RESULT passengers can't stand the noise from the engine and jump out over the jungles of Borneo.

Pluvia....all you will need, going forward, is a jail cell with nothing to read but Forbes magazines.

You say that they need 219,000,000 ? I think they might get it from Forbes in a settlement.

TOXIC BOB – Hypes CTIC

***HYPE***

November 18… CITIC becomes a strategic equity partner… “Once fully developed, gross production volumes are expected to reach a peak of 14,000 barrels per day, generating estimated field-level operating cash flows in excess of US$40 million in 2005 and exceeding US$60 million in 2006, assuming a benchmark oil price of US$26 per barrel.” biz.yahoo.com

**REALITY**

1. IVAN takes 100% of the risk and NOW GETS APPROX 29% OF REVENUE instead of 49% (due to 40% sale to CTIC.)

2. IVAN still needs to raise *$156mm to develop Dagang – ADDITIONAL FINANCING WILL CERTAINLY REDUCE IVAN’S % OF OWNERSHIP/DILUTE SHAREHOLDERS. And yet, IVAN still takes 100% of the risk.

3. Sunwing takes 100% of the risk on an oil field (Dagang Oil) that’s shown to be MEDIUM TO LOW PRODUCING.

4. 40% sale of Sunwing for 20mm GIVES SUNWING A MARKET VALUE OF 50MM, while IVAN market cap is approximately 1 billion.

OCT 31, 2003 IVAN SEC FILING pg-18…www.sec.gov “Under the contract, Sunwing operates the project and funds 100% of the development costs to earn 82% of the net revenue from oil production until cost recovery, at which time Sunwing’s entitlement reverts to 49%. In May 2003, Sunwing’s Overall Development Program for the Dagang Project was approved by Chinese regulatory authorities. The Plan contemplates expenditures of approximately $185 million over a three-year period and will involve drilling 115 new wells and reworking an additional 29 of the 82 existing wells.”
