Normally, I would say if Bush made the Iraq bed, then let him sleep on it. Bush realizes NOW that he can not win, so he is cutting his losses. Of course, because of his lack of planning and judgment, hundreds of our soldiers have lost their lives.

Whatever happens in Iraq is Bush's tar baby now. He made the mistake of believing the neo-cons scare tactics about WMD (never mentions it NOW, does he!) and launched us into a meaningless, elective war. The only way he can get the international community behind us is by eating crow big time. Even if you take him at his (latest) word, that we did it to "free the Iraqi people" (haha), would anyone other than the neo-cons have supported that?

The UN cared "before" the invasion of Iraq. You just can't unilateraly go in & kill women & children. To say that the UN countries only care about profitering is callous at the very least. If Bushies listened to UN, there would be no dead Iraqis or American sons/daughters.......and as of today 18 Italians.....
