I read that this China's top statistician - Li Deshui also said, RMB Yuan will be more likely to devalue rather than increasing in value. This may come as a Shock to the US<g>

The reason for this are:
China's trade surplus has declined further, the 1st 3 quarters of this year became only 9.1 billion US$, declined from 20 billion US$ from last year.

Plus, a lot of investors want to exchange their profit in China into US$, so China's foreign reserve will be declining, and it is even possible that the current $400+ billion reserve will NOT be enough.
