Net sales for fiscal 2003 were $4.48 billion, a 12 percent decrease from fiscal 2002 net sales of $5.06 billion. The net loss for fiscal 2003 was $149 million, or $0.09 loss per share, down from $269 million net income, or $0.16 earnings per share, for fiscal 2002. Ongoing net income for fiscal 2003 was $223 million or $0.13 earnings per share, down from $337 million or $0.20 earnings per share, for fiscal 2002. << back out their quarterly one-off and it's ok though upgrades tomorrow expected -ng
