Stupid!

What if the town they are living in, becomes the battle zone?

What part of Iraq is, and what part is not, a battle zone?

If one leaves the battle zone and has to leave behind their house and most of their possessions, what do they do?

And if they lose almost everything because they were in a battle zone, what else do they have to lose?

And if they have little or nothing to lose, will they or won't they be ready to do anything, since they have nothing to lose anyway?

Agree the innocents in battle zones oughta get out. But, in Iraq the "innocents" are used as HUMAN SHIELDS. A number of them are willing participants without a doubt...so, the number of innocent killed there could be scary. Yet, it's not so because the US military is handling them with as much diplomacy as possible. That is viewed by them as a sign of weakness though.
