Can't trade in emerging co's (so far, but working on it, can make my bank change her mind with recent -proven- actions, or at least be paid as a councellor, not joking on this, <g>. Geez! what a change in a couple of years!)

What I am doing? Plain one year out fundamental analysis.
2002 was my year of the majors, 2003 was my year of the juniors.
Now DDing on 2004. At first sight, coal, iron ore and copper.
Leaves me with the elephants as AAUK, BHP and the others.
At first sigght (repeat <vbg>), will be out of PMs by February, other base metals (as Zinc) seems to be appealing.
First have to analyze some data: Zinc open interest in London is about half of futures traded volume. Either my data are wrong, or Zinc is only traded day to day as a commodity without ANY futures speculation built-in. Could be explosive.
