I will have to make the money can indeed spend on education for the poor before I give any money. I read that one education Foundation in Guangzhou misused (loan the fund on some other investment) 70% of the donation. What a shame!

I read somewhere that the Chinese gov. has decided to fund those poor rural areas for k-12 education and make sure it is completely free. I do not have the link now.
