I think neglect and abuse are worse- because while abortions don't really affect me, neglect and abuse of children does- because those children will belong to society, even if they are angry at it, and don't have much of a stake in it. Practically, it makes a lot more sense to worry about people who are here, rather than wring one's hands over people who couldn't or weren't allowed, to join us (even assuming a people is a people from conception- and since I don't care whether they are or not, I am fine with allowing that construction).
