<A serious question! Do you think Cheney has missed one paycheck from Halliburton? Do you think that Halliburton has missed one payment from the government for their non-bid contracts to buy gasoline for over $2.00 a gallon to sell in Iraq where Iraqis normal pay about .15 cents a gallon for gasoline.?>.......not in a Miami Moment. Probably get paid 2 weeks in advance as well. The article is incredible....troops having to worry about paychecks and putting food on the table for their families is not acceptable.
