Yes, you have some big misunderstandings. You are confusing different aspects of God's plan, His final Judgement, and Christianity. But I don't have time to make a big post right now. I will come back! ;-)

And saying that there is only one son of God or Christ isn't ?

The only begotten Son of God. The lamb of God that takes away the sin of the world. God's perfect sacrifice. His own son for sinful man. Just as the priests of the temple sacrificed the lambs on the alter in the Temple to cover sins for a little while God sacrificed His own Son to forgive sins for all time. He is the sacrifice for sin. You have to accept that or stay in your sin.

The birth of Jesus was heralded with "Peace on Earth," yet Jesus said, "Think not that I am come to send peace: I came not to send peace but a sword." (Matthew 10:34)

Jesus here is talking about the spiritual war that would be started by His death and resurrection. From Adam till Jesus the devil held authority over the earth. When Jesus was tempted by the devil in the desert the devil offered Jesus all the kingdoms of the earth if Jesus would bow down and worship him. This was no temptation unless the devil really had authority over those kingdoms. He did. The devil wanted Jesus, the only Son of God, to worship him. But Jesus refused. Jesus was offered all the wealth of the world and turned it down to serve God and go to a painful and humiliating death for our sakes. Think about how little an ordinary man would sell out for. Judas sold out for a few coins. Jesus is talking about a sword of division here. Dividing men into two camps. Those that choose to serve God and those who continue to serve the devil.

"He that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one." (Luke 22:36)

This was to fulfill a prophecy. He told his disciples to get some swords. But then they were thrown away after Jesus was taken in the Garden. The only injury from them Jesus healed.

"But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me." Luke 19:27

Of course Jesus is talking here about the final judgement which is a long time from then.

The burning of unbelievers during the Inquisition was based on the words of Jesus: "If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth . . . and men gather them into the fire, and they are burned." (John 15:6)

Many men have abused the Bible to do all sorts of horrific things. We can't blame God for the ignorance and hard heartedness of men. This passage is about the final judgement but men distorted it. Jesus said let the wheat and the chaff grow together until the final harvest. These men took judgement into their own hands and of course they were wrong.

Jesus looked at his disciples "with anger" (Mark 3:5)

He was looking at the Pharisees with anger in that instance, not His disciples.

and attacked merchants with a whip (John 2:15)

He was angered by the desecration of the Temple by the merchants there. They sold the doves and other animals used in the sacrifices right there. The people didn't go get an unblemished specimen on their own anymore and offer it with a pure heart. It had all become very cynical.

He showed his respect for life by drowning innocent animals (Matthew 8:32)

You're cracking me up here. The demons that Jesus cast out requested they be allowed to enter the swine. Jesus didn't drown the swine. Consider this too as to why Jesus may have granted their request. He knew them. Everyone of those demons. They were fallen angels that used to be in heaven. He was with God when they were created with all the angels. They were not strangers to Jesus. He knew every one of them and they knew Jesus. They fell from heaven with Lucifer when Lucifer was cast out of heaven.

He refused to heal a sick child until he was pressured by the mother (Matthew 15:22-28)

Jesus hesitated to let the woman show her faith. It was a lesson for everyone to see. And He did heal the child. After the woman showed that she absolutely believed that Jesus could heal her daughter.

The most revealing aspect of his character was his promotion of eternal torment. "The Son of man [Jesus himself] shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity; And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth." (Matthew 13:41-42) "And if thy hand offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter into life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched." (Mark 9:43)

There is going to be a final judgement. And there is going to be those cast into the lake of fire to be burned up. Everyone is making their choices now in this life. Whoever rejects the testimony of Jesus will end up there, by their own choice. It's God's desire that all be saved, that none perish. But He gave man free will and a choice they have to make for themselves.
