ChipPAC Expects 4Q03 Revenue to Reach High End of Prior Guidance

FREMONT, Calif., Nov. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ChipPAC, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHPC - News), one of the world's largest and most diversified providers of semiconductor assembly and test services, today announced that it expects revenue, for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2003, to be at the high end of prior guidance. On October 29, 2003, the Company provided guidance that revenue for the fourth quarter 2003 would grow 10% to 15% over the third quarter 2003. Separately, Richard Freeman will depart from ChipPAC as COO.
