It might be time for John CRIMiakis to get another colon exam....perhaps his newest stock promotion VDYS needs The Fist.... Today our boys at VDYS filed an NT10Q stating that they couldnt possibly file their 10Q on time because Verdisys, Inc. (the "Company") is consolidating several executive offices into one strategically located executive office. Accordingly, certain files and records instrumental in creating the Form 10-QSB are temporarily unavailable. Furthermore, a business description pursuant to Item 101 of Regulation S-B will be included in the Form 10-QSB given that this information reflecting the Company after its merger with Reconstruction Data Group, Inc. has not been previously provided. Additionally, the Company retains few employees. Consequently, the Company does not have the resources to complete the creation of the Form 10-QSB for the quarter ending September 30, 2003 by November 14, the due date of such report. Of course, this move and lack of resources hasnt stopped them from filing an 8K on 11/12/03 (2 days ago) referenceing their new bagholder aka investor presentation that they put up on their web site on Nov 11th. Funny how CRIMiakis promotions can always put up tout sheets but have trouble putting out the REAL information investors need. Buyer Beware!
