"Don't be naive. A person born rich can idle all he wants. Everything he desires will come to him."

We have been born into this world with eyes to see and a mind to bring understanding of our observations. So, we developed skills to study and learn from the nature of the universe. We of understanding have learned that nature may appear harsh as the wolf pack tests the heard and removes the weak or the lame. We also have learned that this strengthens the herd. As we study various forms of living things we see a similar tendency toward the survival of the fittest and most adaptable. So, it seems that nature’s law orders the well being of life forms. Those without vision might misinterpret this as some sort of natural cruelty. Life scientists, however, do not report observations animosity, or cruelty within the process. To each life form there is a testing and refining mechanism that encourages the best possible form of being. Those corrupted by weakness or disease are tested and either strengthened or eliminated by natural order.

From the signs in nature we have recorded for one another our observations of time and circumstance. Our ancients have reported and in modern times we continue to speak of the conditions of our circumstance. We have heard and those with ears to hear have listened to the fortuitous messages of our caring teachers. It is a matter of written history that dangers, difficulties, and conflicts with corruption present themselves throughout our story. However, the corruption of human beings is of a different form. The corruption of our form is not measured so much by physical lameness or disease as it is our ability to avoid indulgence. Our well being is more attuned to virtue and nobility of conduct. As with other forms, individuals and their endeavors are tested and are either strengthened according to their nature or eliminated by natural order.

Although some may prefer to pursue vain indulgence and compulsion, they will find (as foretold) that this course is never ultimately satisfying. If they choose this instead of the well lit path that promises eternal and absolute satisfaction (also foretold) then they will ultimately be disappointed. Ensoulment has no authentic context except as an eternal entity (soul) enmeshed with our temporal self. The future either promises the rewards of material indulgence which is ultimately unsatisfying and ends in destruction, or it promises an eternity of ultimate well being … A choice of seeing and hearing with vision and understanding, of course.
