Good afternoon Jay,
You probably remember that I pointed out that EnCana, ECA sold their 1.47 billion interest in Syncrude, so I wondered whether that suggested that COS_u.to, Canadian Oil Sands, the buyer, was guessing wrong about the great future of oil sands. Somebody from another thread pointed out to me a release from ECA in which they reiterated their interest in the oil sands; it's just that they want to have complete control, so they are investing by themselves in other oil sand projects.
Maybe COS.un is not so bad, after all. I personally like the DRIP(dividend reinvestment plan, shares bought at a 5% discount.)
Chugs,
Malcolm
