Oh yes. Armchair political theorizing, very often, is likely to mislead both the writer and the reader. Many, many posts here reflect not much more then the author's biases, wishes and fantasies - and their talent to articulate them. For an intelligent person there is nothing easier then to come to believe their own rhetoric. Why not spend a few minutes and listen to the players themselves? This article is one of such opportunities. Another one - and I have still not seen a better introduction to the thinking of Islamic extremists - is this "review" of the work by Sayyid Qutb: Message 18740005 siliconinvestor.com
