But there is a black and a white, and it doesn't have to be "unthinkingly". No, of course not. And perhaps a better word would be "unquestioningly" (although those people are often the ones who took a side unthinkingly). All being grey means is that you LISTEN and then see if there is anything that warrants reexamination of your position. Grey sits on the fence only long enough to listen when it's required-- it doesn't sit there permanently getting saddlesores. I hold very strong opinions on many things about which I think I have listened enough. And now I am SOOOOO late. It is no longer grey maybe I'm late, maybe not -- but seriously blackly late.
