The problem with the Bush administration is that they think that tax cuts will solve everything. I do think that tax cuts can be part of a short term stimulus program, but they are not the answer to all of our problems. We need to create jobs, and to keep jobs from going over sees. We need legislation that balances free and fair trade. We need legislation that penalizes companies that move off shore, or operate off shore so that they get the benefits of our markets and infrastructure without having to pay the taxes which support it. I'd say we're going to hell in a hand basket, and that basket is most likely going to be made in China. Meanwhile the middle class is being stripped, and we are becoming a two class system of the haves and the have nots. Orca
