re:<options held by insiders> The one piece of missing info is when the options can't be exercised anymore. Why would anyone exercise an option before they have to unless they need cash?

Well I guess if they expected the stock price to go down soon they would exercise all their in-the-money options and sell the stock even before their options expire.
