I've got a better idea. We send George Bush, Rumsfeld, Cheney, Perle, and Wolfowitz over there, since they're the ones who started this mess. They should take responsibility for their actions. And once physically in Iraq, Georgie Porgie can ask the Iraqis to "Bring it on". He talks big when it's not his ass on the line.
