Maybe so, maybe not. Perhaps just a Street rumor. Its a hazard of the game to try to follow that action. It worked with Fcel, and a lot of others, but still have to average out the losses. Quenched by a downgrade And now Dell has moved up 0.80 off the low and into positive territory. Who is right and who is wrong? . I dunno Sig SI is erratic today
