You sir, are the stupid one. Big deal, Saddam wasn't complying?? I guess he was, because no WMD were found by the weapons inspectors nor by us. He obviously was complying. What was the big rush to invade? Tell me that, cretin. We couldn't have waited? No WMD ===> Saddam was complying. Understand, moron. The Congressional votes mean nothing other than the Congress was steamrolled. We have no business being in Iraq, other than the $$ that are to be made there.
