If Kerry comes back and beats Dean in New Hampshire, then won't you say all this big Dean surge talk was for nothing? Just a few weeks ago, Kerry polled 6% behind Dean in NH, then 10% then 14%. Well it can easily go back down to 0% or more. Kerry has much higher approval ratings amongst undecided voters than Dean. A little-known fact, and 25% are undecided.
