Nope. I guess, not yet? The notional amounts have to expand to 1000,0000 Trillion dollars. Then, every cent in
the wrong direction will get derivative houses broke. So, the Fed better change their policy - now they should cut or
rase rates 1 bp, not 25 bp. The markets will promply rally,
cause even at rates at 0.25%, the Fed has plenty of
ammunition left! -g-
