Yes, you got that right. Missed the days they had a very small float. Wish someone would take them over; they still have that poison pill. The old management had a bad habit of keeping overhead too high. They need to run a tight ship and bring in the revenue bigtime by next summer; or investors won't be there. Relisting on the NASDAQ would cost money too; some trades under symbol CERTF.
