Table is actually not obvious. I don't have time this second to give you more but this WILL work right now. open a doc, click on Insert, then picture, then word art picture to start. Choose the upper left hand corner word art. Click on this in your document and you should see a new tool bar pop up for word art. choose edit text and put in your phone number. then edit to make it right size by just 'pulling' on sides as you would resize a dialog box. also change text and features any way you want with word art options. then click on 'free rotate' (lookslike snake eating itself) and then go to the sides of your word art and rotate at will. shazam! you're there dude!!
