Judicial nominees whose names get out of committee are almost never voted down on the Senate Floor. It is hypocritical of the Same Republican Senators who denied over 60 Clinton appointees a chance for a vote to now complain about 4 being denied while 168 have been approved. It is all show but no substance.

It's the job of the left and the right to block and or stop any nominee that is too far from the middle.

Heck all the presidents have to do is nominate from the middle of the roaders. And that is exactly what the founding fathers had in mind, to keep ideologues of any ilk out of the judiciary.

So the process is working according to plan.
