Do you understand that under the Constitution the President alone has the power to select Judicial nominees? The Senate (THE WHOLE SENATE) has the power of advise and consent, NOT a few Senators. A full Senate up down vote is the only thing that is constitutional. And what part of the Constitution does the filibuster of a medial program violate? Thats right, not a single part of it.
