Ed,

You wrote "Do you have a big position in AMD right now"

I do not currently own a meaningful position in AMD.

You also wrote "What's going on with you?"

Too much<G>. Basically, my time has mostly been consumed by loads of non-investment related stuff. And even my outlook towards investing has changed. Because of all the money I made last round from AMD plus a large inheritance, I'm much more interested these days in simply protecting what I have rather than taking risks for high growth. Bonds and diversified mutual funds are where most of my investments are.

Although I did seriously consider buying one or two hundred thousand shares when AMD was at $3. I wound up not doing it because we didn't have the IRS letter of closure on my Dad's estate yet. That was the best investment I didn't actually make<G>.

Through all of it, I've read most of the messages in the forum. IMHO, there is a great group of people here, one of the best any place I'm aware of on the internet.
