The people with the highest incomes benefit the most from an orderly and efficient society. That's the climate that makes for the best consumers, and the best business opportunities. Our system of government is what makes this country what it is. We have the world's best highway system, best utilities, best water, good health care, good law enforcement and fire protection. These are the things that make people want to live and work here. That is why there is a vibrant economy. It is because of these things that entrepreneurs are able to make huge profits. And the people making the most money from society owe the largest debt to society. They don't need to directly use the services of government, such as welfare or schools, to benefit from them.
