Considering the future of LED as a replacement for neon and incandescent a multiple of 5 to 10 times sales for GELCORE might be conservative. EMKR owns 49%
GELCORE revenue @ 60million and profit over 100k is the current rate. What will it be in a quarter or two? Gelcore is supposed to be ready to introduce new products. the only ones that I know of that are already out are traffic lights and the light strips now in WalMart. If anyone knows of other items please post /

from the conference call-----

GELCORE net profit was 107k for the last quarter!
Now self sustaining == no capital infusions [for several quarters]
estimating 60million revenue for this calendar year with cagr of about 30-35% so IMHO the last calendar quarter may show greater revenue rate and net.

The more than 80million cash together with the value of GELCORE suggests that the convertible debt due in two years will be taken care of.
