there is not a lot of volatility in general on long term puts or calls either one. Doubt you get a big rise based on volatility alone. Then if you get really deep ITM there is no time premium either (of ciourse if you buying otm puts and they get deep itm) you are caring much about volatility as about how to spend your profits M
