<ALL THE MISTAKES ON TRADE WAR ARE BEING REPEATED FROM 1930> Spot on! <Those who ignore the lessons of history are doomed to repeat them> As my education and continuing life long reading (reflected in my modest personal library) has largely been in history, continue to be amazed at the growing level of ignorance pertaining to even the most basic and vital historical issues that were resolved by past generations of Americans. To make matters worse, the new academic fashion (in a large number of universities) is to remove more and more history courses from the curriculum. Talk about a society riddled with self destructive group behavior?! Amazing. Isopatch
