They [Sun] want to draw out Intel's Yamhill technology, because it will kill Itanium. They could care less what Yamhill is.

that would be a sound theory if itanium would not be a walking dead already. That would just count as a contribution to a nice grave-stone and I do not think that sun is interested in contributing.....
