Hi c2, unsupported by anything except the poster's need to be heard. That's exactly correct and is why I used to harp on the idea that FADG is NOT a chat thread. Huh, fat lot of good that did... I tried to get a bit of a discussion going there recently by mentioning the recent article in Foreign Affairs about Hizbollah and the archived statement by Allen Foster Dulles concerning German reconstruction. No one bit. Hey, I tried. Sadly, even I did not follow your suggested lead. This makes me wonder if once one starts dealing the "hot exciting stuff", you know, the political and patriotic hotbuttons, it becomes very difficult to go back to the cool, calm (boring?) academic discourse we used to find on FADG. --ken@yup.com
