Yes, GW refused a drug test in 1972 then went AWOL. Though his supporters deny this (though not with a straight face) a large reward out been out to there for anyone who can prove GW reported for duty in those 13 months, and there have been no takers.

This brings to six the number of Bush administration nominees who have been blocked from taking lifetime seats on our courts, where they could enact their extreme anti-environmental agendas for decades to come.
