I agree.... drinking and driving is a different story all together I certainly hope the law changes for the better in that respect. One of the other things that impressed me in China was their gusto for eating out and the delicious food which is so varied... On the negative side, their equally strong desire to smoke during meals (which unfortunately, it ruins said meal), really made the experience less desirable, so I had to allow for that... and I am a non-smoker, which makes it worse. I have certain interesting ideas in reference to the food business in China.... but that is another subject.
