I have also had the pleasure of speaking to Mr. Spicer and felt the same as you described. Yes, Spider did put out a sell on CEF, seems it was at the beginning of the year when the premium was up around 25%, I think....I sold IRA account shares then as well...Premium recently has been running between 15 and 7%....currently at the lower end there of....I suspect there are some trying to get out on this rally having overpaid in the $5....Be nice when the share price does get into the $5s again at a low premium and then can be marginable...Don't know why the Spicers don't recognize the broader appeal that would have for most American investors and reverse split...but then maybe they are smarter than to do that. Also I suspect there has been some switching to the new fund to which you eluded causing CEF to be weak....spelled of opportunity today, especially with Silver showing such relative strength...
