Bill Gates and Warren Buffet also publicly are liberals.

Those drafting tax policy and "making decisions" don't have "income."

Income on which they rely to pay the bills.

Bill Frist is worth, what would you guess, "Bill?"

He doesn't need ANY "income" the rest of his life; nor his kids; nor his grandkids, etc etc etc.
